They can be called by other names such as Bichon-A-Ranian, Pomachon or Pom Frise.The Bichon-A-Ranian is recognized by the American Canine Hybrid Club, the Designer Dogs Kennel Club and the Designers Breed Registry.The average life expectancy of this breed is between 12 and 15 years. The mother of these pups is our 10 pound purebred Bichon Frise. The father of the litter is our 13 pound purebred Pomeranian. The smaller size of this mixed breed makes them ideal for any size home, from apartments to mansions.They do not need a lot of room for exercise but they do enjoy their daily dose of playtime. All dogs need daily exercise and nice walk. Smaller breeds often have a lot of energy.The Pom Frise's hypoallergenic coat can be white and curly like the Bichon Frise or straight with the colors of brown, tan, red, orange or black like the Pomeranian.If the coat is curly then daily brushing and grooming will be needed to reduce tangling and matting and the pup will shed less.
